The Door-Bell-Bow
The door-bell-bow on my arm
Began to ring and ring
Dong-dong, ding-dong
Such and odd, odd thing
There were ding-dongs and Windsor chimes
Ringing in my ears
My dog ran barking, “Ruff-ruff!”
Up and down the stairs
I had to stop this ringing
The notion quite absurd
Until now, my door-bell-bow
Was never, ever heard!
